I am so glad I discovered this gentle story of romance, mystery, and small, southern town charm. Glenda Manus makes no apology to any who might think she’s not politically correct with her definitely Christian, church going, hospitable, characters. They live out the good life God intends for his people in the small, fictional town of Park Place, South Carolina. Her hero, Rev. Rock (short for Rockford), a great example of the best kind of caring pastor, is a delightful character, and so is Liz, an interesting widow who falls for this bachelor. I will not soon forget the characters of Park Place and hope to follow them in later books in this series. I happily recommend Sweet Tea and Southern Grace, the first book in the series, and give it five stars.Elva Cobb Martin

I spent an afternoon reading this gem. Once started, I couldn't put it down. The characters are well developed, and there are enough twists in the story to keep the reader interested. Well done!
