There are not too many books on diving in Papau New Guinea. So, I grabbed this book as an anchor point. The articles are reasonable, and makes for excellent reading at the coffee shop. While the information can be slightly dated, this book has good value. It talks about the various dive site locations, and depth. Hence, you can become familiar with choices. Book written in 1999 with names of dive sites, the difficulty in the diving - beginner, intermediate, advanced. It also shows great color maps of the various ATOL islands. Photos of both the marine life and coral.Maybe somebody will come with a UPDATE, say in 2015. ( Fifteen years later!! )
